The Housekeeping position at Anaheim Marriott is a full-time, non-management role with a competitive hourly pay of $28.65. The role is critical in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, which directly impacts the guests' perception of the hotel. This position primarily involves day shifts with weekend availability preferred, highlighting the importance of flexibility and dedication in meeting the hotel's operational needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a spotless, welcoming environment that guests appreciate as their home away from home. Your attention to detail will be crucial in making sure that linens, pillows, mirrors, and all room furnishings are pristine and perfectly arranged. Through your efforts, you help build lasting loyalty amongst guests by consistently providing high-quality room conditions that enhance the overall guest experience at the Anaheim Marriott.

The ideal candidate for this housekeeping role will demonstrate a courteous, team-oriented attitude and have a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will include replacing guest amenities and room supplies, making beds, folding linens, removing trash and soiled linens, greeting guests, responding to their requests, and ensuring that furniture and appliances are neatly organized. Additionally, dusting, polishing, removing marks from walls and furniture, vacuuming carpets, and performing floor cleaning duties are essential to providing a comprehensive and spotless environment.

Physical stamina is vital for this position, as it requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods while maintaining a professional appearance through a clean uniform.
