Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- The ability to successfully perform job functions independent of daily supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple priorities
- Ability to solve problems proactively and identify priorities
- Attention to detail of work
- Should have a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to perform physical labor
- Lift and carry 25 pounds
- Move furniture, materials, supplies, and equipment
- Must complete successful criminal background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain clean, pleasant, and appealing locker rooms and restrooms for all members and guests
- Fill and maintains paper towel and soap dispensers throughout facility
- Sweep, scrub and mop all interior hallways
- Sweep and damp mop racquetball courts
- Vacuum carpeted areas, entrance mats and lobby rugs
- Sweep and mop stairwells
- Clean glass entrances to facility
- Takes all trash to dumpster as needed
- Clean light fixtures throughout facility
- Address any emergency spills or housekeeping needs
- Gives notice to supervisor of supplies to be ordered
- Assume all other duties assigned by Director of Property Management
