Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds changing linens and replacing towels
Dust and polish furniture fixtures and mirrors
Vacuum carpets and mop floors
Clean and sanitize bathrooms including toilets sinks and bathtubs
Empty trash cans and replace trash bags
Restock guest rooms with amenities such as toiletries and linens
Clean and maintain public areas including hallways stairwells and lobbies
Sweep mop and vacuum public areas as needed
Empty trash cans and replace trash bags
Wipe down surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
Follow all hotel policies and procedures
Assist with laundry duties as needed
Participate in inventory control and supply management
Other duties as assigned
