The resort is part of a larger family of resorts operated by HGV, a company celebrated for its dedication to work-life balance and family-friendly benefits, which has earned accolades such as four out of five stars for workplace culture and listing among Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families." The resort prides itself on its outstanding team members who uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring that every stay is memorable and enjoyable.

The role available at The Marquee Resort is a Full-Time Housekeeper position, designed for individuals passionate about maintaining cleanliness and contributing positively to the guest experience. The position requires a dedicated and meticulous approach to cleaning, along with excellent interpersonal skills to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Working hours are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including weekends, to accommodate the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry and ensure that guest expectations are consistently met.

Beyond monetary compensation, The Marquee Resort offers comprehensive benefits from day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a generous paid vacation program, paid sick days, and supportive employee assistance programs. Additional perks such as travel discounts, recognition and rewards programs, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) plan with company match, and an employee stock purchase program emphasize the company's investment in its employees' professional growth and well-being.

As a housekeeper, responsibilities include preparing assigned guest units for arrival, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of carts and supplies, and assisting with inventory management. The role requires reporting maintenance issues promptly and responding to guest requests with a customer-first attitude. Successful candidates will be physically capable of managing the demands of the job, including bending, stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and pushing or pulling loads up to 100 pounds. Flexibility in availability, including work on weekends and holidays, is essential to meet the operational needs of the resort.
