Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Desire to serve all guests
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality in clocking in and out for shifts and breaks
- Physical ability to stoop, climb, balance, kneel, crawl, stand for long periods, walk long distances, perform repetitive motions, and lift various housekeeping items
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred

- Ability to understand and follow guidelines and procedures

- Desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work well under stressful and high-pressure situations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in/out on time for every shift
- Commitment to following company policies regarding breaks and call outs
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guest names to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work collaboratively to enhance guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology appropriately for the role
- Answer incoming calls with the approved friendly greeting
- Maintain sparkling clean workspaces front and back of house
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as a team effort
- Greet guests courteously during cleaning activities
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and nametag
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by going beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
- Carry out pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors
- Maintain well-organized and clean front and back of house areas
