We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is vital in ensuring that vacant apartment units are impeccably cleaned and prepared for incoming residents, while also maintaining the daily cleanliness of community areas such as models, offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, and fitness centers. The Apartment Cleaner plays a key role in upholding the property's overall appearance and resident satisfaction by carefully inspecting units, cleaning all fixtures and appliances, and managing routine cleaning tasks across common areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning apartments, including areas under refrigerators and ovens, and turning in completion reports after each unit is cleaned. In addition, this individual will perform touch-up cleanings as needed and maintain cleanliness in various shared spaces such as offices and clubhouses. Responsibilities also include managing office waste, cleaning windows and vents, maintaining kitchen supplies like coffee, and ensuring the clubhouse is kept in pristine condition. The role may include additional duties related to Corporate Suites, such as cleaning and restocking dishes, linens, and soaps.
This position requires strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Property Manager and other team members, as well as the ability to follow written and oral instructions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs, and handling heavy objects with assistance. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and managing appliances safely. Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks are essential qualities for candidates applying to this role.

Job Requirements
- Must have six months of experience in apartments or residential cleaning
- must communicate effectively with property manager through written and oral instructions
- must read, speak and understand English for business purposes
- must read and write instructions, short correspondence, memos, and service requests
- must converse professionally with residents, co-workers, and vendors
- must successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen
- must be physically capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- must be able to use hands to handle, grasp or feel objects
- must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear
- must be capable of moving appliances like refrigerators, washers, and dryers with assistance
- must be able to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds with assistance
- must have specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties
- Assessing the condition of apartments and areas to be cleaned each week and notifying property manager of necessary supplies
- cleaning all fixtures, counters, cabinets, windows, ovens, bathrooms, blinds, floors, and appliances including underneath refrigerators and ovens in vacant units
- turning in completion reports to property manager after each apartment is cleaned
- performing touch-up cleaning of vacant units as needed
- cleaning models, office, clubhouse, laundry rooms and fitness centers daily
- keeping the office area clean by emptying trash, vacuuming, cleaning windows and baseboards, and dusting desks and computer areas
- maintaining cleanliness of clubhouse refrigerator, cabinets and janitor closets
- mopping clubhouse floors as needed
- keeping all windows, doors, and vents clean
- making sure coffee is made and well stocked daily
- completing all job-related tasks assigned by property manager
- performing additional cleaning duties in corporate suites including cleaning and changing dishes, linens and soaps
