We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role involves maintaining the guest rooms and common areas according to established company procedures and standards of cleanliness. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that every guest room is cleaned thoroughly, stocked with necessary amenities, and prepared for optimal guest satisfaction. The position offers an hourly rate of $15.50 and requires adherence to all company policies and safety procedures. In this role, the Housekeeper will be expected to manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, observe strict protocols when entering guest rooms, complete cleaning checklists meticulously, and report any damages or safety hazards promptly. The Housekeeper also contributes to maintaining the neatness of corridors and service areas, manages lost and found items, and supports team members as needed.
The role demands physical stamina including frequent bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for extended periods. Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with guests and team members and accurately documenting completed tasks. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance record

Job Duties
- Stock housekeeping bag to ensure cleaning supplies and amenities are available
- Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- Clean assigned guest rooms and ensure amenities are stocked
- Complete entire housekeeping checklist
- Mark clean rooms accurately for supervisor inspection
- Report damages or hazards present in guest rooms
- Secure guest room doors upon exiting
- Keep corridors and service areas neat
- Turn in all lost and found items and guest room keys
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety and security procedures and rules
- Know department fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Utilize protective equipment
- Report unsafe conditions to management
- Report accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to management
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Perform related duties as requested by management
- Assist other housekeeping personnel when needed
