Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred
  • knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to read and write in English
  • reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect resident rooms and common areas
  • follow established cleaning procedures, infection control standards, and safety guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, and shared spaces
  • remove trash, replace linens, and restock supplies as needed
  • respond to assigned cleaning tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • ensure compliance with facility cleanliness and safety standards
  • report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
