Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred
knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
strong attention to detail
ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
strong communication skills
ability to read and write in English
reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic

healthcare housekeeping or long-term care facility experience preferred

Job Duties

Clean, sanitize, and disinfect resident rooms and common areas
follow established cleaning procedures, infection control standards, and safety guidelines
maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, and shared spaces
remove trash, replace linens, and restock supplies as needed
respond to assigned cleaning tasks in a timely and efficient manner
ensure compliance with facility cleanliness and safety standards
report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
