We are currently seeking a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our community, ensuring that resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. The housekeeper position is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and making a positive impact every day. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent full-time opportunity with competitive pay of $17-19 per hour, based on experience.
As a Full-Time Housekeeper at Bridgewater, you will be responsible for performing a variety of daily housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Attention to detail and adherence to infection control guidelines are crucial in this role to protect the health and safety of our residents and staff. You will also be expected to spot and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly, ensuring a safe living environment. The position requires hands-on participation, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Restocking supplies and maintaining an organized work area will also be part of your duties to support efficient operations.
At Bridgewater, housekeepers are valued members of the team who contribute significantly to the overall resident experience. Friendly and respectful interaction with residents and team members is a vital part of the role, reinforcing the positive and supportive community culture. We prefer candidates with previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, especially those who have worked in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare settings. Strong time management skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to quality service are essential.
Joining Bridgewater means becoming part of a community that values respect, cooperation, and quality care.
