As a Housekeeper at The Waterford at Ironbridge, you play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the living spaces and common areas. This position involves overseeing housekeeping and janitorial tasks to ensure the environment is welcoming and hygienic for all residents. The role requires attentiveness to detail, familiarity with cleaning and maintenance schedules, and a genuine passion for serving the senior community. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels for cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, completing assigned housekeeping duties, performing minor repairs, and supporting laundry services when needed. The Housekeeper is also responsible for logging and tracking janitorial and repair requests to ensure timely completion, helping maintain the high standards that The Waterford at Ironbridge upholds.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and minor repairs
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Have experience in senior living or similar environment
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents
Job Duties
- Monitors inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks
- Familiarizes self with cleaning schedules of residents' apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks
- Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned
- Assures that other janitorial and repair requests are properly logged and monitors their completion
- Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed
