Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in person at the designated location

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred
Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors
Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team or independently
Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments and schedules

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and private residences as required
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and carpet care
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, sanitized, and organized according to established standards
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials
Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment
