Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and hotel cleanliness standards
- Physically able to perform tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Reliable with good attendance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work a varied schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English comprehension for labels, instructions, and guest interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and move throughout the hotel for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
- Professional, ethical, and reliable
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Retrieve supplies from storerooms and maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart
- Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures, and public areas including hard-to-reach spaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms including showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Replace towels, amenities, and guestroom supplies
- restock literature and stationery
- Wash hard floor surfaces by hand to remove dirt and stains
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, vents, and ceiling corners
- Strip and remake beds with fresh linens
- inspect bedding and mattresses for cleanliness
- Clean and restock closets with hangers, blankets, and pillows
- Vacuum guest rooms, hallways, and public areas

- Inspect locks, equipment, and room features
- report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain custody of keys, equipment, and supplies at all times
- Report missing items, damage, or safety hazards to the Supervisor
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Follow all Hilton brand standards, A&R policies, and safety procedures
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for A&R Group’s culture, mission, and values
- Perform other duties as assigned
