Known for their comprehensive approach, A&R Group offers full-service development, design, construction, and hospitality management teams, making it a one-stop shop for all aspects of hotel creation and maintenance. The company is highly respected in the hospitality industry for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence, ensuring that each of its properties delivers superior guest experiences while maintaining strong operational performance. A&R Group’s latest exciting project is the grand opening of the Hampton Inn Gulfport in April 2026, located at 400 Beach Blvd, Gulfport, Mississippi. This brand-new Hilton property aims to become a cornerstone for hospitality on the Gulf Coast, setting new standards for comfort, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

The Housekeeper role at the Hampton Inn Gulfport is crucial for the successful launch and ongoing operations of this prestigious hotel. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and is hourly, non-exempt, allowing flexible employment options suited to different candidate needs. Housekeepers will be integral to maintaining the clean, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere that the Hampton Inn brand is known for. Working at the Hampton Inn Gulfport also means becoming part of a supportive and people-focused team. A&R Group emphasizes teamwork, respect, and accountability while celebrating employee growth through opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company. Candidates for this role are expected to uphold the Hilton brand’s standards as well as A&R Group's internal policies and values. The company values reliability, ethics, and excellent customer service skills in all team members. Housekeepers will be brand ambassadors, representing the company’s culture and mission to every guest they encounter.
