Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and stretch in daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

- High school education or equivalent
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Clean public spaces and assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide friendly and courteous service ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, questions, and complaints with a positive attitude
- Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
