Drury Hotels is currently hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in creating memorable moments for guests, including business travelers and families on vacation, by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and hotel common areas. Housekeepers at Drury Hotels play a central role in ensuring guests can relax and enjoy their stay knowing that their environment is spotless, safe, and inviting. The position requires team members to perform daily tasks such as vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms meticulously, and ensuring that all rooms meet the high standards set by the hotel. Employees collaborate closely with other staff to maintain a positive and customer-focused atmosphere. Starting pay is competitive at $16.01 per hour, with quarterly bonuses up to $3200 a year based on hotel performance, reinforcing a culture of shared success. Job Requirements

  • No previous cleaning experience required
  • Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
  • Ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and stretch in daily work activities
  • Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday

Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards

  • Clean public spaces and assist with laundry duties as needed
  • Provide friendly and courteous service ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, questions, and complaints with a positive attitude
  • Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests
