Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and handle physical duties
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures
- Customer service experience preferred

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the Community as a whole and individual resident apartments
- Vacuum, dust, and clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed and check heat system filters
- Change bed and linens and ensure adequate linen supplies in each apartment
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and pay attention to carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests with a smile to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from cart
- Review menu, take orders, and serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items
- Deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
- Bus and clear dishes and sanitize tables and chairs
- Vacuum carpets and complete side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
