Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage pace and pressure in a high stress environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Capable of listening, understanding, clarifying and resolving conflicts
- Punctuality with clock-in/clock-out for shifts and breaks
- Provide timely notice for call outs
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions of wrists and hands, and lifting housekeeping items
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Capable of working well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication skills
- Strong desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel properly welcomed
- Work collectively with team members to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of all hotel groups and events
- Use relevant technology effectively for assigned role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and organized, both front and back of house
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Maintain hospitality and friendliness while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Submit shift handover reports punctually for smooth communication
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain professional grooming with a nametag
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional role
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming and effective workplace
- Pre-clean and stock assigned work carts with room supplies
- Attend morning stand-up meetings
- Assist with housekeeping laundry tasks such as folding and handling dirty linens
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects such as storage rooms, public areas, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as directed by supervisor
