We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and orderliness our guests expect. A starting wage ranging from $16 to $17 per hour is offered, depending on experience, with additional support through comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth. The Housekeeper will play an integral part in ensuring every guest room and common area is spotless, safe, and well-maintained. This includes cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and general living areas, replacing linens and towels, and adhering to safety standards prescribed by OSHA and HomeTowne’s policies.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. It involves routine communication with front desk staff to report room statuses, maintenance needs, and any guest-related issues. The Housekeeper will also participate in cross-training in other departments such as laundry, maintenance, or front desk operations to foster a flexible and knowledgeable workforce. The ideal candidate will bring a year or more of experience in hotel cleaning or a similar environment and possess strong customer service skills, maintaining a professional appearance in the company-provided uniform.
