This position is offered as full-time employment with a competitive hourly wage of $18.04, reflecting the importance we place on the role and the quality standards required. The Housekeeper will be responsible for carrying out general housekeeping tasks within residents' rooms and the common areas of the facility, including vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces. Responsibilities will also include managing clean and soiled linens, following strict guidelines for infection control and universal precautions, and safely handling cleaning chemicals. The role is vital in ensuring compliance with county, state, federal, and California Department of Public Health sanitation codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, be able to follow oral and written instructions effectively, and be comfortable performing repeating daily tasks with diligence. Previous experience in a healthcare or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
