We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facility, contributing directly to the overall wellbeing of our residents. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper's primary responsibility is to perform day-to-day housekeeping duties as assigned. Additionally, this role includes cross-training opportunities to support the Laundry Department when needed, allowing for versatility and teamwork within our housekeeping division.

The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach to daily tasks, ensuring that all assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manner. It's essential that the Housekeeper adheres to all current regulations governing nursing facilities, ensuring compliance and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Beyond the physical duties, this role involves developing a friendly and helpful rapport with residents, maintaining their confidentiality and respecting their rights, which are fundamental aspects of our caregiving philosophy.
