Fun Town RV is currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join their team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment throughout various dealership facilities. The scope of responsibility includes upkeep of common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other designated spaces within the dealership properties. A clean environment not only enhances the work atmosphere but also contributes significantly to a positive customer experience, which aligns with the company's core values and commitment to excellence.
The Housekeeper's responsibilities encompass general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, and maintaining the tidiness of offices, conference rooms, reception areas, and other spaces. Attention to detail is paramount, as the role involves ensuring surfaces, windows, blinds, and glass areas are spotless and inviting. Another important aspect of the role involves supply management, including keeping restrooms and common areas stocked with necessary paper goods and toiletries, managing cleaning supplies, and alerting management when inventory levels are low or equipment needs maintenance.
Safety is a fundamental element of this position. The Housekeeper must maintain safe work practices when handling chemicals and equipment, report any unsafe conditions or damages promptly, and strictly adhere to cleaning protocols and schedules to comply with health and safety standards. Duties may also extend to occasional exterior cleaning or seasonal tasks, showcasing the role's versatility within the dealership environment.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not mandatory. The role requires physical stamina for standing, walking extended periods, climbing stairs or ladders, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work weekends and holidays is also essential to meet facility needs. The work environment is predominantly indoors, with some limited exposure to outdoor conditions and routine use of cleaning equipment.

Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout assigned buildings and dealership property
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and breakroom areas daily
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, cubicles, conference rooms, and reception areas by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Clean glass surfaces, windows, and blinds
- Empty trash containers and ensure proper waste disposal
- Replenish paper goods, toiletries, and other janitorial supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Stock and maintain cleaning supply closets and carts
- Notify management when supplies are low or equipment requires maintenance
- Maintain safe work practices when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any unsafe conditions, damages, or maintenance issues to management promptly
- Follow cleaning protocols and schedules to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with occasional exterior cleaning or seasonal tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
