Currently, Rittenhouse Village At Northside is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to join its team. This role is vital in maintaining the hygiene and aesthetic appeal of the facility by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and orderly. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a passion for promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities will include cleaning and disinfecting bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and hallways; dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors; managing cleaning supplies inventory; changing linens; handling trash; and reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly.

The Housekeeper will be an essential member of the Rittenhouse Village community, interacting courteously with residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to all health and safety protocols. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping including lifting and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good time management and organizational skills
Reliable with strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Willingness to comply with company policies and pass background checks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required on-the-job training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good physical stamina able to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Must pass background checks and comply with company policies

Job Duties

Clean and sanitize assigned areas including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens common areas and hallways
Dust vacuum and mop floors clean windows mirrors and other surfaces
Maintain a supply inventory and notify management when more cleaning supplies are needed
Change linens and make beds according to established standards
Handle and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner
Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service and interact courteously with residents and guests
Assist in special cleaning projects as needed including deep cleaning and outdoor maintenance
Uphold the companys policies and standards of confidentiality and professionalism
