Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Willingness to comply with company policies and pass background checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina able to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must pass background checks and comply with company policies
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens common areas and hallways
- Dust vacuum and mop floors clean windows mirrors and other surfaces
- Maintain a supply inventory and notify management when more cleaning supplies are needed
- Change linens and make beds according to established standards
- Handle and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner
- Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact courteously with residents and guests
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed including deep cleaning and outdoor maintenance
- Uphold the companys policies and standards of confidentiality and professionalism
