The Housekeeper position at The Soto community under Yugo offers both full-time and part-time hourly opportunities, with an onsite work environment and compensation ranging from $16 to $18 per hour. The role is essential in ensuring resident satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various common areas including, but not limited to, the pool and spa, club room, public restrooms, and laundry rooms. This position is also vital for supporting the maintenance team with the general upkeep of the property, contributing to creating a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for all residents.
Housekeepers at Yugo play an integral role in upholding the property's standards through routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. They also help maintain outdoor areas by removing debris from parking lots, walkways, curbs, and stairways in scheduled rotations. Exceptional customer service and teamwork are core aspects of the role, requiring housekeepers to deal with resident requests with professionalism and patience. Prompt communication with Property Managers or Maintenance Supervisors about any damages, deficits, or disturbances is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment.
In addition to cleaning and maintenance responsibilities, housekeepers at Yugo are expected to promote safety awareness and strictly follow health and safety regulations and property policies. They use appropriate cleaning tools and equipment efficiently and participate in necessary training programs to enhance job performance. Additional responsibilities include assisting with unit turn events, managing trash removal from vacant units, and adhering to the company dress code. Housekeepers also address resident complaints promptly, contributing to the overall resident experience and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of general labor, housekeeping, and cleaning tasks

- Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
