Job Duties
- Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
- Work with the maintenance team to always ensure maximum interior cleanliness
- Perform routine housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways as scheduled
- Deal with requests with professionalism and patience
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Promote safety awareness to limit property loss and injury
- Adhere to all rules regarding health, safety, and property policies
- Use appropriate tools and equipment
- Undertake training related to job duties
- Assist in the performance of turn events
- Trash out vacant units
- Communicate with Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor regarding problems
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to the company dress code
- Perform additional duties as directed
