The Housekeeper position at Million Air plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall sanitary condition of the facility, significantly contributing to enhancing the customer experience. This non-exempt, entry-level role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and wish to contribute to a professional and welcoming environment. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the main facility and any ancillary buildings per a schedule established by the Line Service Manager. Responsibilities also include maintaining the necessary supply levels to fulfill duties efficiently and assisting the customer service staff in keeping the hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages. This role requires a self-starter with the ability to work independently without direct supervision, strong motivation to complete all assigned tasks, and the willingness to provide lateral service as needed throughout the facility.

Working at Million Air as a housekeeper requires the ability to adapt to physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping, and climbing ladders. The work environment includes potential exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, machinery, various weather conditions, and proximity to both moving and non-moving aircraft, ensuring a dynamic and varied work setting. This position also involves shift work that includes evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.
