Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work without direct supervision
Job Qualifications
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical work requirements
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning duties to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Support a positive work environment for all team members and guests
