- Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping or equivalent positions
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests
- possess a secret security clearance at time of award
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds

- follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment
- participate in safety trainings and emergency response tasks
