Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Senior living experience preferred
- Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an approved exemption
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment
- Ensure resident areas and common spaces are orderly and sanitized
- Manage laundry duties efficiently and hygienically
- Collaborate with team members to meet community expectations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently
