The housekeeper contributes to the vacation experience by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms to exacting standards, replacing guest amenities, and reporting the status of rooms promptly. Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
  • Ability to reach overhead and below knees
  • Perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willing to undergo background and drug screening as required by company policy
  • Commitment to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work shift schedules including holidays and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and prolonged standing or walking
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

Job Duties

  • Clean entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • Complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shift
  • Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with necessary supplies and chemicals, transport it to rooms, and return to designated area at shift end
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company safety procedures
