Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees
- Perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willing to undergo background and drug screening as required by company policy
- Commitment to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work shift schedules including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and prolonged standing or walking
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Job Duties
- Clean entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with necessary supplies and chemicals, transport it to rooms, and return to designated area at shift end
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company safety procedures
