Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning assigned rooms
- achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day based on service requirements
- deliver guest rooms free of critical defects maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above
- perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and decks
- utilize cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly following safety procedures
- immediately report Lost & Found items according to established protocols
- foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as needed
