Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing
- Compliance with grooming standards
- Ability to work 7 days per week for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, and reach
- Ability to live onboard a vessel for extended periods
- Ability to use stairs frequently
- Ability to assist in onboard emergencies

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to live and work onboard a vessel for extended periods
- Successful completion of required training including emergency and safety functions
- Compliance with grooming standards, including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Willingness to adhere to drug testing and alcohol consumption policies
- Previous hospitality experience is a strong foundation but not required
Job Duties
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests
- Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship
- Acknowledge guests by name and take action for housekeeping-related inquiries and service requests
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies
- Clean spills with appropriate equipment and notify managers for maintenance
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Properly clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces
- Create genuine relationships with guests and cater to housekeeping requests efficiently
- Assist with greeting guests upon embarkation and help during special events such as afternoon tea and evening cocktail parties
