Job Description
White Lodging is a leading hospitality company known for developing and operating a portfolio of premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants located in some of the most desirable cities across the United States. With a focus on excellence, White Lodging strives to provide outstanding guest experiences by ensuring high-quality services and a welcoming atmosphere. The company is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, recognizing that hospitality is not just about services, but about how people are made to feel during their stay. The company’s commitment to employee development, customer satisfaction, and community engagement has earned it several awards and accolades in the industry.
The Housekeeper role at White Lodging is crucial in maintaining this standard of excellence. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for creating a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment within guest rooms and common areas. You will ensure that every space reflects the company’s dedication to hospitality by managing tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking essentials. This role requires an eye for detail, a strong guest focus, and dependability, as the cleanliness of the rooms directly impacts guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the hotel.
In addition to routine cleaning duties, Housekeepers will manage the organization and restocking of housekeeping supplies and carts. Self-inspection of rooms and timely reporting to supervisors are critical components to ensure standards are continually met and improved upon. Safety practices are a top priority to protect both guests and associates, underscoring White Lodging’s commitment to workplace safety. This position allows for professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment while contributing to memorable guest experiences in a respected hospitality brand.
