Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year of prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs occasionally
- ability to stand and move quickly for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- completion of company training with certification
- strong attention to detail
- excellent guest service skills
Job Qualifications
- Strong guest focus and customer service skills
- reliability and dependability in completing housekeeping tasks
- motivation and initiative to be your best self every day
- attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required)
- completion of training with certification sign-off
- ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time
- flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
- strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
- clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
- self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion
- practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
- perform other duties as assigned
