Job Requirements
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work shift
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Positive attitude and dedication to customer service

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Provide exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Work Saturdays and Sundays as required
