Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
Ability to work flexible schedule
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Physical capability to perform housekeeping and laundry duties

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of community areas and resident apartments
Launder resident linens and clothing
Report resident concerns to Administrator or Director of Nursing
Comply with housekeeping policies, procedures, and state regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
Communicate clearly and sensitively with residents
Take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care
