Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Capability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and lifting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties
- Basic computer literacy

- Basic reading writing and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming dusting and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on carpets plants pictures railings windows and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests serve beverages cereals soups or salads from the cart
- Take resident orders serve meals and desserts and assist with storage of perishable items
- Bus and clear dishes from tables reset and sanitize tables and chairs
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders replenishing creamers and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
