Currently, SRG is seeking a Housekeeper for the Capitol Yards community located in West Sacramento, California. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build and grow a career in the property management industry. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of a large 270-unit residential community. This role is vital in ensuring that community spaces are safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for all residents and visitors. The position is full-time with a work schedule from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, offering a stable and consistent work environment. The pay range for this role is between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour, reflecting competitive compensation for the property management industry.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum two months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to lift heavy objects
- basic reading and writing skills
- knowledge of cleaning solutions and equipment safety
- availability to work weekends or overtime if needed
- pass background check and drug test
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cleans and performs general housekeeping and/or grounds clean-up duties
- keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice
- reports potential safety risk or repair concerns to the supervisor
- maintains cleanliness in common areas
- assists with basic maintenance tasks as needed
- follows safety protocols and uses cleaning solutions and equipment correctly
- interacts professionally with residents and visitors
