Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with guests and colleagues
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet cleanliness standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned tasks such as Rooms Board within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, transport to rooms, and return to designated area at end of shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
