Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to occasionally lift 25-35 pounds
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with hotel departments and management
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- High school education or equivalent
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Complete daily housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues
- Provide guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold hotel cleanliness standards
