Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use the guests’ names to ensure they feel welcome
  • Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores

  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending daily meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned

  • Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled breaks
  • Provide notice for missed shifts according to hotel policies
