Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, or related field preferred
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must be able to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical demands including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Commitment to clocking in and out as scheduled
- Must adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines
- Ability to assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas as required
- Willingness to support team efforts and perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures

- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests’ names to ensure they feel welcome
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support hotel events and groups
- Use relevant technology effectively
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service and approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed
- Greet guests warmly while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time
- Submit timely and accurate shift handover reports
- Wear approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to assist beyond traditional roles
- Work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending daily meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned
- Adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards
- Follow established guidelines and procedures precisely
- Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled breaks
- Provide notice for missed shifts according to hotel policies
- Maintain physical stamina for tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting.
