The Housekeeper role at Lucky Silver Gaming is an essential position responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygienic upkeep of the gaming and hospitality premises. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- Proper practice of sanitation and general hygiene
- Ability to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds, with assistance if more
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects
- Ability to move quickly turning left to right or right to left
- Flexibility in wrist to scoop, twist, push, pull, lift, and bend
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain Health Card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
- Maintain vacuuming equipment
- Vacuum and clean carpets, perform further treatments such as shampooing or stain-removal
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, changing and arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies, dusting and rearranging rooms after guest check out
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters
- Keep all public spaces neat and tidy
- Report repairs and replacements needed
- Report and return any guest properties found
- Maintain positive relationships with employees and guests
- Perform all other duties assigned
