- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- reliable transportation if required by location

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning apartment homes
- engage with residents during visits to brighten their day
- maintain cleanliness of shared community spaces by removing trash, vacuuming, and disinfecting
- stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- follow safety and cleanliness protocols consistently
- report maintenance issues promptly
- collaborate with team members to ensure community standards
