Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience (residential, hotel, or similar)
knowledge of cleaning products and proper usage
ability to operate standard cleaning equipment
strong attention to detail and reliability
ability to respond quickly to urgent situations
basic communication skills (verbal and written)
High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and lounges
vacuum carpets, clean rugs, and maintain upholstered furniture and draperies
sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment
empty trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas
dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and window blinds
clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors as needed
maintain cleaning carts and storage areas in an organized and stocked condition
