We are currently hiring a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our upscale residential condominium located in the vibrant Miami Beach area. This property is renowned for its luxury living environment, offering residents a blend of comfort, safety, and elegance. As a vital part of the property management team, the housekeeping role is focused on sustaining the pristine condition of all common areas, thereby enhancing the overall resident and guest experience through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. The Housekeeper position is designed to be a full-time, temporary role with two flexible schedule options to accommodate operational needs. Candidates can expect to work either a traditional Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or an alternative weekend-included schedule spanning Wednesday through Sunday with varying hours. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 and requires the successful candidate to perform a variety of duties that ensure both indoor and outdoor common areas remain clean, safe, and inviting.

As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include comprehensive cleaning of hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairways, restrooms, and lounges. You will be tasked with vacuuming carpets, cleaning rugs, and maintaining upholstered furniture and draperies. Floor care is a significant component, demanding skills in sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing using both manual and powered equipment. Additionally, you will manage waste removal, dusting, polishing of various furniture and fixtures, and detailed cleaning of windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.

The role also entails maintaining an organized and well-stocked cleaning cart and storage area, as well as debris removal from exterior areas like driveways, garages, and pool surroundings. Safety is paramount, so you will be expected to properly disinfect surfaces and equipment, follow all safety protocols meticulously, and wield personal protective equipment correctly, particularly when handling cleaning chemicals. Responding promptly to urgent or emergency cleaning requests further underscores the importance of reliability and quick action.

Working in this position involves exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements, with work conducted across a variety of indoor and outdoor settings. The job demands physical stamina, including standing and walking for long periods, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, and working in tight spaces. The ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and push equipment up to 30 pounds is necessary. The use of hands, arms, and repetitive motions will be frequent throughout the workday.
