Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain a patient, professional, and tactful demeanor
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of residents' homes and community areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Ensure all housekeeping tasks adhere to Touchmark's high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
- Build positive relationships with residents by providing respectful and courteous service
- Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to appropriate personnel
- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
- Follow safety and infection control protocols at all times
