This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18.25 and involves maintaining a safe, clean, and pleasant community for residents, associates, and visitors. The housekeeper plays a critical role in the daily upkeep of resident apartments, including laundering towels, bed linens, and residents' personal laundry. Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but training will be provided
- understands practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- cleans bathrooms including toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs, countertops, mirrors, and sterilizes floors
- wipes kitchen counters, mops kitchen floors
- vacuums all exposed areas completely, including edges
- empties and rinses wastebaskets
- washes inside of windows as needed
- cleans all common areas according to standards including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals according to instructions
