The Housekeeper role at Crestwood Manor plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility. This position involves supporting the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure the environment remains safe, clean, and comfortable for clients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling linens and clients' belongings in a manner consistent with the organization's policies and safety standards. Working part-time in the morning shift, the Housekeeper contributes directly to the well-being of the community by sustaining a hygienic and welcoming setting. The role offers a competitive hourly wage between $21 and $23 and is designed for individuals who have experience in cleaning roles within healthcare or long-term care environments. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • one year of housekeeping, janitorial, or laundry aide experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
  • ability to work part-time morning shift
  • must pass a background check including criminal history and identity verification
  • willingness to comply with safety and hygiene standards
  • commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • one year of experience as a housekeeper, janitor, or laundry aide in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred

Job Duties

  • assist with the overall functions of housekeeping and laundry departments
  • maintain facility cleanliness and safety for clients, staff, and visitors
  • handle facility linens and clients' belongings in a clean and safe manner
  • adhere to policies and procedures regarding housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • support the upkeep of a hygienic and orderly environment
  • ensure compliance with safety standards
