Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least two months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to lift heavy items
- ability to comprehend and follow simple written and verbal instructions
- ability to work weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- willingness to work weekends and overtime as approved
- passing a background check and drug test
- strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills at all times
- high school or GED equivalent preferred
- at least two months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must be able to lift heavy items
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to understand cleaning solution or equipment labels and use as instructed
- ability to apply common sense in matters of safety and understand simple instructions
- able to work weekends and or overtime if approved and required
Job Duties
- Cleans and performs general housekeeping and or grounds clean-up duties
- keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice
- reports potential safety risk or repair concerns to the supervisor
- maintains cleanliness of community common areas
- assists with setting up and breakdown of community events
- monitors supplies and reports needs for replenishment
- supports the property management team as required
