SRG specializes in managing an extensive and diverse portfolio that includes approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space, along with 20,500 apartment units. Their dynamic approach and deep expertise have earned them a reputation for excellence and growth in the commercial and multifamily property sectors.

At SRG, the commitment goes beyond just managing properties; it is about fostering vibrant communities and delivering exceptional living experiences. The company’s dedication to operational excellence and customer service is evident across its portfolio, ensuring residents and tenants benefit from safe, well-kept, and attractive environments.

An exciting opportunity is available at Capitol Yards, a beautiful 270-unit residential community located in West Sacramento, California. SRG is looking for a motivated and dependable Housekeeper to join their team, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in property management and seeking to develop their skills in facility upkeep and community care. Sick time accrual complies with relevant legal requirements.

The Housekeeper’s daily responsibilities encompass general housekeeping duties, outdoor upkeep, and ensuring walkways are free of debris, trash, snow, and ice to maintain a safe environment. Detecting and reporting potential safety hazards or repair needs promptly is critical to maintaining the property's high standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude toward community care. This role is not only about cleaning but also involves understanding and applying safety precautions, following instructions accurately, and working collaboratively with the property management team.

They value teamwork, reliability, and dedication, offering career advancement opportunities within the property management industry. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED equivalent, some related experience or training, and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy items, are preferred.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends or overtime if approved and necessary, ensuring the property remains pristine and residents’ needs are met promptly.
