Job Requirements
- previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial role
- ability to prioritize work and organize tasks with a sense of urgency
- attention to detail
- basic computer and email knowledge
- professional interpersonal skills
- valid Texas driver’s license
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work indoors and outdoors
- willingness to use safety equipment when necessary
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a housekeeper or janitorial position
- strong attention to detail
- general knowledge of computers and email
- professional skills including adaptability, compassion, dedication, empathy, ethics, flexibility, honesty, humility, initiative, integrity, maturity, patience, presentation, reliability, respect, responsibility, self-confidence, sharing, and effective communication
- critical thinking, decision making, multitasking, organizational skills, prioritizing, planning, problem-solving, strategic thinking, teamwork, and ability to work independently
Job Duties
- work with community manager to ensure organizational goals and community standards are met
- collaborate with maintenance staff to maintain quality standards for common areas, vacant and model units
- report all safety hazards immediately to the community manager
- clean all vacant units monthly and models weekly
- track cleaning supplies and notify community manager when inventory is low
- assist community manager with repair or ordering of cleaning equipment
- perform other duties as assigned
