Job Requirements

previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial role
ability to prioritize work and organize tasks with a sense of urgency
attention to detail
basic computer and email knowledge
professional interpersonal skills
valid Texas driver’s license
ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
ability to work indoors and outdoors
willingness to use safety equipment when necessary

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a housekeeper or janitorial position
strong attention to detail
general knowledge of computers and email

Job Duties

work with community manager to ensure organizational goals and community standards are met
collaborate with maintenance staff to maintain quality standards for common areas, vacant and model units
report all safety hazards immediately to the community manager
clean all vacant units monthly and models weekly
track cleaning supplies and notify community manager when inventory is low
assist community manager with repair or ordering of cleaning equipment
perform other duties as assigned
