Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and follow assigned cleaning schedules
- perform cleaning assignments in resident rooms and common areas
- ensure compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control standards
- prepare resident rooms for new move-ins following discharge
- report maintenance and repair needs to the supervisor
- monitor housekeeping inventory and communicate supply needs
- assist with plant and flower care as assigned
- safely handle cleaning chemicals and ensure proper labeling per OSHA standards
- maintain work carts and equipment in a clean and safe condition
- attend required in-service training and staff meetings
- collaborate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
