Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Capability to walk and stand during entire work shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as needed
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Availability to work weekends
- Report to Housekeeping Executive or Assistant General Manager
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service dedication
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests and complaints
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to set standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Assist in laundry and public area cleaning when necessary
