Currently, Villa Saint Joseph is seeking a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. This is a non-exempt position reporting directly to MaryAnn Nabal within the VSJ Housekeeper department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the residential facility. The housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning different areas of the home, including resident rooms, bathrooms, floors, and communal spaces, contributing to the overall comfort and safety of the residence. The position requires someone who can work efficiently with a schedule of five shifts per week and is capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

The housekeeper will be required to perform wet and dry mopping of floors, vacuum carpets, clean ceiling and wall surfaces, and dust high areas. Additionally, the role involves cleaning and polishing furnishings, fixtures, and ledges along with ensuring that work and supply carts and equipment are kept tidy and sanitized. The housekeeper's duties extend to emergency spill cleanup and properly discarding waste and trash into designated containers.
