We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment that reflects the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The Housekeeper is responsible for the thorough cleaning of all guest rooms, public areas, and communal spaces using industry-approved techniques and cleaning supplies. Responsibilities include maintaining floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure safety and spotlessness, restocking essential supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities, and adhering to established safety protocols including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or areas needing special attention are conducted by the Housekeeper, with prompt reporting to the management team. The role also involves adhering strictly to health and sanitation standards regulated by the hospitality industry and assisting with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels, as required.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- Ability to handle physical workload involving standing, bending, and lifting
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
- Flexibility for shift work including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality settings or similar environments
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning procedures
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
