The Housekeeper/Room Attendant position at RAM Hotels is a pivotal role within the hotels' housekeeping department. This role involves providing routine cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to ensure they meet or exceed brand and property standards. The Housekeeper/Room Attendant must be friendly, energetic, and professional, embodying the company’s philosophy of "rolling out the red carpet" to guests by anticipating their needs and creating stellar guest experiences. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service is essential. The successful candidate will follow the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper and contribute to maintaining the overall image and cleanliness of the hotel, directly influencing guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms thoroughly—making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, and replenishing amenities—all while maintaining a pleasant and positive demeanor. The position demands good communication skills, the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, and a strong commitment to following health and safety protocols. Additionally, the Housekeeper/Room Attendant is entrusted with adhering to brand-specific standards, completing necessary training, and being knowledgeable of fire safety and evacuation procedures. This role also involves some physical demands, such as walking, bending, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions pertaining to their visit
- respond promptly to guests inquiries
- be familiar with property location, amenities, local attractions to assist guests
- resolve guests complaints to ensure satisfaction
- complete brand-specific and health and safety training
- adhere to property specific brand standards
- know fire alarm and evacuation procedures
- enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning as per hotel standards
- make beds
- dust televisions, pictures, and furniture
- sweep or vacuum floors and carpets
- clean windows and mirrors
- clean bathrooms and empty trash containers
- clean closets
- clean and disinfect telephones daily
- replenish amenities
- remove and replace dirty bed linen
- realign furniture
- check and secure rooms when finished
- clean and restock supply cart
- update and submit room assignment sheet
- follow lost and found policy and submit items to Executive Housekeeper
- perform other tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
